The Blechova Management Consulting, Ltd. Company provides services in the area of personnel and human resources counselling. Our company mainly specializes in Executive search, Direct search and Outplacement.

We provide our clients with customized solutions, professional advisory and support throughout the whole project duration until its successful completion. Thanks to our extensive experience in the Executive Search area and excellent knowledge of the labor markets in Central- and Eastern European countries (particularly in Slovakia, Czech Republic and Austria), we aim to be a competent partner for local and international clients in this region.

Our company is a member of the American Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Slovak-Austrian Chamber of Commerce.

Executive Search

We identify the right candidates for the highest- and senior managerial positions in compliance with the strict confidentiality and professionalism. We look for the most suitable candidates while we carefully consider their particular personality traits with regards to the requirements of our client.

Direct Search

We look for the key specialists as well as for the lower management staff using the method of direct addressing. We carry out a thorough research of the labor market and particular business sectors. We directly approach potential candidates and the most suitable are presented to the client.

Outplacement

We help your dismissed key employees to their ways in the labor market and we prepare them for the job seeking process. We are not able to guarantee that we will find a new job for them, but our advisory services certainly increase the likelihood of its successful finding.

We mainly focus on managerial positions and the positions of key specialists.
